Refund Policy

This policy is only applicable to those products which will receive damaged or has any missing parts or accessories during transportation. Before issuing the refund, our team may contact the customer to confirm the details of the damage.
Amount Credit 

Replacement Policy

  • The product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession.

  • The product should be returned in its original condition along with the brand/ manufacturer box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all other provided accessories.

 

Before issuing the replacement, our technical team will contact the customer to confirm the condition of the product.

Cancellation Policy

  • The cancellation Policy has two aspects which are mentioned below-

  • Cancellation by buyer includes- If the order was placed by mistake, in condition when the buyer changes their mind about placing the order, in case of the expected delivery date which is not acceptable for the buyer.

  • Cancellation by the company includes- If the product is out of stock, in the condition when the buyer's address to which the Product is to be delivered is not serviceable, in the case when the buyer's address is incomplete, if the supplier is unable to dispatch the order in expected delivery time.
